- We text, then arrive. A text when we leave the last job. Shoe covers on at the door, drop cloths down.
- Fixed price, then the fix. We find the cause, tell you the price in writing, and only start when you say yes.
- Tested and tidy. We test everything, take the old parts away and leave the room as we found it.

A service visit and diagnosis is $129, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. Drain clearing starts at $195; a new 50-gallon water heater, fitted, at $2,450. (Demo prices.)
